The production of VINIMAR includes table wines, made from grapes IGP and vines. In particular Grillo and Nero d'Avola and Grecanico.

The Grillo is a grape of white grapes juice this especially in our area, in western Sicily and in particular in Marsala. It has the distinction of having a sugar level much higher than other white grapes and particular organoleptic properties.

The Nero d'Avola grape is the most popular red wine production in Sicily. The wines that are obtained have good acidity that gives them the possibility of long aging. They are typically wines of strong character.
