The aromatized wines are characterized by an alcohol content of between 16% and 21% by volume, they are made up mainly by a fortified wine or alcohol and no sucrose (main component of table sugar), as well as of authorized substances (mainly love or aromatic) such as to give the product particular foreign odors and flavors to the wine.
The flavoring wine is a very old process, created with the aim is to facilitate the preservation of the wines, both to improve the taste of wines of mediocre quality or fit the taste of the wine to the tastes of the time.
Vinimar produces and markets three different varieties of aromatized wines, all made with a base of Marsala Fine DOC:

• Cremovo Wine aromatized egg
• Crema Mandorla Wine aromatized with almond
